Summer season:
- Take green vegetables maximum in this season
- Take meal lightly in which it take lesser time to digest.
- Take fresh seasonal fruit daily.
- Take onion and lemon in good quantity.
- Take light exercises like morning walk ; Avoid heavy exercises.
- Avoid late night sleeping.
- Avoid tea, garam masala, non veg and alcohol.
- Avoid drink unhygienic water and open cut fruits .
Basant Season:
- Take green vegetables maximum in this season
- Take meal lightly in which it take lesser time to digest.
- Take Tulsi 2-3 leaves daily
- Take honey+ginger in ratio of 3:1
- Take lukewarm water with pipali (maghan)daily for fifteen days empty stomach
- Avoid late night sleepings
- Avoid tea, garam masala, non veg.
