Amla :
This herb is a considered as the single herb to cure all type of
disorders present on the earth. It is a main source of natural vitamin c. It
also has very important bioflavonoids, flavones and polyphenols along with
certain carotenoids. It improves food digestion, food absorption and known
as the best anti oxidant. Aside from Vitamin C, Amla's mineral and vitamin

Brahami :It is known as the
memory booster and mind alertness promoter. It helps in decreasing anxiety
and mental fatigue and promotes freshness in your mind.Brahmi (Bacopa) will
also help reducing the level of tribulin, an endogenous Mono Amine Oxidase
inhibitor, which is elevated in certain degrees of anxiety. Brahmi can also
ameliorate some of the attention fluctuations and other behavioral problems.

studies of the herb have shown varying degree of its hypotensive and
tranquilizing effects.
