Pavanedriyatwa
Male Health for Pavanedriyatwa:
A condition where there is no ejaculation after prolonged duration of coitus. In classical Ayurvedic text this is considered as congenital disorder. This problem responds quickly to semenogogue drugs.
Kam sheetata (Loss of Orgasm):
This condition is slightly different as compared to loss of libido because in this case there is presence of desire for sex but the person not touches the highest peak that is called Orgasm
Shukrameha:
This is passing of semen like substance with urine. Commonly found in young between 16 to 25 years. The incidence with only morning flow was observed in most of the cases. A substantial member of such patients complained such passing on strain, during defection, especially if somebody had dysentery or constipation
Some other main male sexual problems:
- Diminished or total loss of libido
- Inadequate or total loss of erection
- Failure to maintain the erection up to content or sudden or gradual fall of erection during the coitus
- Premature ejaculation
- Less or Zero ejaculation
- Loss of orgasm
- Spermatorrhoea
- Night fall
- Painful coitus
- Burning sensation inside urethra
- Burning micturation following intercourse
- Sexual debility
- Azoospermia or oligospermia
- Infertility
- Prostrate Enlargement
